The strategic partnership combines allows the or- ganizations to provide everything from local after- market support and services, such as technical as- sistance and blade sharpening, to complete slitting systems and a multitude of services and products in between. The organizations plan to leverage technical exper- tise to educate customers on best slitting practices, provide keys to improve productivity and create new sustainable solutions and systems with end-to-end technical support, education, increased operator safety and enhanced customer service options. Graphic Packaging To Acquire Bell Graphic Packaging has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bell Incorporated, a folding carton converter with multiple facilities in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and a site in Groveport, Ohio.
