MEETING PROTOCOLS To ensure meetings are purposeful, respectful, and efficient, the following expectations apply to all staff: • We start and finish on time . Punctuality respects everyone’s schedule. • We are fully present — no devices, marking, or side tasks unless explicitly required for the session. • We come prepared — having read relevant materials and ready to contribute. • We listen actively and keep contributions solution-focused and respectful. • We align discussion to purpose — meetings are for decision-making, reflection, and collaboration, not administration or debate. • We honour agreed actions — following up on tasks and commitments promptly. • We model professionalism — our conduct in meetings reflects our values and leadership within the community.
