SECTION 6. PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
ANNUAL PLANS / GOALS / REVIEW CYCLES At The Lakes, professional growth is purposeful and aligned to our collective goals. Each staff member develops an Annual Performance and Development Plan (PDP) that sets clear, measurable objectives linked to the College Strategic Plan , AIP priorities , and the VTLM 2.0 . Staff engage in ongoing reflection and feedback cycles throughout the year — setting goals, gathering evidence, and discussing progress. The process is growth-focused, not compliance- driven, and designed to celebrate strengths, identify next steps, and refine practice over time. Goal setting matters — aligned to purpose, guided by evidence, and strengthened through coaching and honest reflection.
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING & COACHING
