Tooth Shapes

Triple Chip—TC Trapezoidal flat tooth saw blade

Flat tooth saw blade - FT The edges of the teeth are straight, not slanted. Each tooth cuts in the same way. This tooth shape is used in saws for cutting steel and construction materials.

Alternating Top Bevel—ATB Offset tooth saw blade The teeth on this saw blade cut alternately to the left and right. The alternate tooth saw blade is a universal blade for all types of wood.

This blade features trapezoidal teeth with beveled edges on both sides that alternate with flat teeth when cutting. Ideal for hard plastic and materials with hard coatings.

Thin Cutting Saw Blades The new saw blade geometry allows users to work faster and for longer, the new teeth shapes provide an improved cutting performance and the new carbide results in an extended service life, while maintaining a consistent cutting quality. Up to 100% faster cutting, 40% longer blade life, 20% less dust and material waste.
