Moke Angus - Annual Angus Bull & Female Sale [2/17/26]

Welcome Cattlemen: We would like to welcome everyone to our 2026 Annual bull sale. This will be our 11th annual sale! It’s been a lot of hard work, but also a very rewarding experience. We have been fortunate to meet so many great people in this business in the past 11 years. Our family is still hard at work on the farm. This is truly a family operation as everyone helps when needed. The people you see here and listed in the book are the ones that are on the farm every day handling the day-to-day operation and making the decisions. We enjoy working with great cattle. We are blessed to live in a close community. We have friend and neighbors that are always willing to help us with sale preparation, and we can’t thank them enough for the hard work they do. We are always trying to improve our cow herd with embryo transfer, AI, and bull selection. We believe that in order to have a great calf, an excellent cow is a must. That’s why we focus hard on maternal traits, feet quality and structure, and docility. We want to have cows that have great udder, that have good feet, that can raise calves that perform at the top, and that we can handle easily. Every Angus bull on the sale is Angus GS tested and parent tested. We feel this is the best way to get the most accurate information. Our auc- tion is a live auction at the Moke Angus farm and is broadcasted on DVAuction. This is a video sale only as the bulls do not run thru the barn. We feel this is easiest on the bulls and our customers. Moke Angus bulls are guaranteed for the first breeding season. The first breeding season is defined as 90 days after turnout. We also offer insurance on your bull on sale day, and we will pay half of your premium. If you do not take insurance and have a problem with your bull, we will offer 75% in credit of your purchase price minus salvage value for the next year’s sale. If something happens to your bull or if you have any questions, be sure to call. We want to help you get your cows bred with the best genetics possible. The bulls

have been on a 42 Mcal ration. We feel this is the best way to grow these bulls to their full potential without pushing them. They are on the J&R mineral and feed program. If we can be of any assistance in your selection process regarding our sale offering, please feel free to stop in and give us a visit or give us a call. We love talking cattle. All bulls will be semen tested prior to sale day and scrotal measurements will be available on sale day. Come early on February17th and have a great beef lunch on us! We hope to see you on sale day.
