$2 MILLION TEACHER SALARIES
THE ORCHARD SCHOOL
In 2023, The Orchard School committed to a goal of increasing teacher salaries into the 90th percentile of schools accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States over the next three years.
CAMPUS ROADMAP We conducted stakeholders surveys, focus groups, and planning meetings in 2024 to to begin the development of a vision to update and design our spaces in order to maximize our potential. This work will continue with our next head of school.
$1.9 MILLION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS We improved the parking lot, HVAC efficiency, perimeter fencing, security cameras and personnel, and secure entry through The Center.
