Central Element This Office Sector project for luxury property developer Central Element delivers a sophisticated, open-plan workspace designed by Frankly Interior Design and built by BCM Australia. The scheme was carefully curated to support a growing team and visiting clients, combining functionality with a high-end aesthetic through considered lighting, joinery, contemporary art and premium finishes. For this premium fit-out, Havwoods' Mosman Herringbone from the V Collection was selected to bring visual warmth and timeless appeal underfoot. The rich brunette tones and matte finish offered the perfect balance of elegance and durability for a busy office environment. Our Office Sector specialist team worked closely with the project stakeholders to ensure the timber specification aligned with both the performance needs and the refined interior vision - helping deliver a space that feels both welcoming and elevated.
