Crown Jewel is a project that reimagines a family home as a vibrant, textural ‘forever home’ that has undergone a complete architectural and interior transformation. The brief called for warmth, depth and longevity while creating a space layered with colour and materiality to reflect the client’s personality. At the heart of the home is Havwoods’ Ryde Plank, chosen as the foundation of the palette. Bringing natural warmth and refinement to the space, Ryde complements the statement marble benchtop in the kitchen space and brings refinement throughout the home without overpowering the curated finishes. As the timber flooring flows seamlessly throughout the home, it brings a quiet sense of cohesion and calm underfoot, never overpowering, always supporting, providing the perfect foundation for the client’s extensive art collection to truly shine.
