Colour takes centre stage in this joy-filled apartment, with boldness and personality shaping the interior. Havwoods’ Pallido herringbone is at the heart of the design, complementing the jewel-like tones throughout, rose-hued Italian marble, rich walnut cabinetry and brass detailing. Selected for its warm, mid-tone colouring and slimmer profile, Pallido provides the perfect base in the space. Despite an uneven concrete slab initially putting herringbone in doubt, careful preparation and technical guidance made the client’s non-negotiable flooring choice possible, with the pattern now playing an integral role in this personality-filled home.
