Message from Wenonah Food & Water Action members like you are central to solving the
progress in our fight for a livable future. From successfully fighting off profit-hungry corporations from taking over public water systems, to stopping the widely- predicted “red wave” in the midterm elections (and even picking up a Democratic seat in the Senate), to defeating multiple attempts in Congress to fast-track fossil fuel projects — we have so much to celebrate together.
These victories were hard- fought! Some came after years of persistent and sometimes tedious work, and others came from the rapid mobilization of supporters and volunteers on short notice. Because of you, we were prepared to meet the demands of each fight. You are the backbone of all our accomplishments in 2022. Thank you for fighting like you live here!
