They are seeking good credit tenants, long-term leas- es, and typically a building that is predominantly controlled by one tenant. These buyers ap- preciate properties that have been well maintained, however Wisniewski’s team has sev- eral specialties including of- fice/industrial sales and leas- ing and retail leasing/tenant Feist & Feist Corp. as its executive vice president in 2008.
