This coastal-inspired home boasts a spacious interior with a U-shaped kitchen on the first floor connected to a living and dining room area. A room next to the kitchen could serve as a bedroom or a home office. Upstairs is a master suite and a third bedroom along with a full bath, laundry space, a nook, plus an optional deck. Pric- ing on the Ketch I starts at $171,032.
To create a seamless tran- sition between indoors and out, all versions of the Ketch offer front and rear living spaces to accommodate a homeowner’s lifestyle.
