Size: 80,000 s/f Blink Fitness recently celebrated its grand opening at Clifton Plaza. The affordable fitness chain occu- pies 15,000 s/f of newly constructed retail space at the 80,000 s/f shopping center. As exclusive leasing and managing agent, Levin orchestrated the lease, and then built and delivered the stand-alone Blink Fitness building, which marks the completion of develop- ment at this destination shopping center. Co-anchored by a 24,000 s/f Big Lots and 14,000 s/f Dollar Tree, Clifton Plaza features an exceptional lineup of nation- al and regional tenants. Dunkin’ Donuts also recently opened there.
Size: 146,000 s/f K2M’s new headquarters will consist of 146,023 rentable s/f, comprised of a 62,253 rentable s/f, three- story office building and a 83,770 rentable s/f, one- story research & development building. The office building will house general administrative, executive and sales staff as well as a cadaver lab for doctors to experiment using K2M’s products. The research & development building will contain a variety of of- fice, conferencing, research, and assembly space. The project will be located on a 9.69 acre, current green- field site that will be surface parked with 477 parking spaces.

URL Harborside, being developed through a joint partnership between Mack-Cali and Ironstate Development, is expected to be completed at the end of 2016.
