Following an extensive search, Saint-Gobain selected a campus-like, 65-acre site at 20 Moores Rd. in Malvern, PA. The Moores Rd. site was completely re-developed as a US Green Build- ing Council LEED certified facility. Binswanger’s Project Management Group represented Saint- Gobain as its advisor and project coordinator through the construction and re-development of the site.
