Urstadt Biddle Properties Four Shopping Centers Bergen/Passaic/Morris Counties, NJ
Size: 375,000 s/f Four shopping centers were aquired totaling approximately 375,000 s/f in the affluent New Jersey counties of Bergen, Passaic and Morris. The seller of all four properties is a prominent New Jersey commercial real estate owner and developer. The first property is the 130,000 s/f Midland Park Shopping Center located in Midland Park, New Jersey (Bergen County). The second property is the 125,000 s/f Pompton Lakes Town Square shopping center located in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey (Passaic County). The las two properties include the 43,000 s/f Cedar Hill Shopping Center located in Wyckoff, New Jersey (Bergen County), and the 77,000 s/f Meadtown Shopping Center located in Kinnelon, New Jersey (Morris County). Size: 885,000 s/f Affiliates of Keystone Property Group and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation joint- ly purchased Curtis Center, an iconic class A office and retail building overlooking Independence Hall and Washington Square Park in the heart of Center City, Phila- delphia, for $125 million. The companies plan to reposition the property into a dynamic, mixed-use environment through the creation of luxury rental apartments within a portion of the existing office space, and an enhanced pedestrian experi- ence along the surrounding streetscape.
