Des- tination Maternity’s relocation from Philadelphia to Burlington County was widely touted as a success of NJEDA’s Grow New Jersey Assistance Program efforts to attract new business and jobs from outside the State. The building site and the Haines Center enable Destination Maternity to grow into a state-of-the-art distribution center with greater space and new material handling equipment to increase capacity and efficiency of operations. Notable building features include tilt-up concrete panel con- struction, white thermoplastic roof, 4000 amp electric service, fluorescent high bay fixtures with motion sensors, ESFR fire suppression system, upgraded warehouse insulation, LED site lights, central computer controlled HVAC management system, bicycle storage and changing rooms, and special parking for low emitting and fuel efficient vehicles.
Size: 80,434 s/f 5Wood Hollow Rd., Parsippany, NJ received LEED for Existing Buildings: Opera- tions & Maintenance Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (US- GBC). 5 Wood Hollow Rd. was recognized for a number of achievements including its elimination of all uses of potable water for irrigation, installation of new low flow restroom fixtures, use of 100% environmentally friendly cleaning products, and more.
