ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over the sale catalog and/or any additional printed information regarding animal(s) sold. GUARANTEE: All animals are guaranteed for soundness and fertility for the first breeding season. Complete guarantee terms by the Red Angus Association of America are available online or a copy can be provided upon request. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS: These terms and conditions of sale constitute a contract between the Buyer and Seller of each animal. Any subsequent sale or resale of an animal constitutes a separate transaction. All persons attending the sale does so at their own risk. Neither Bassett Livestock, Kirwan Red Angus or all agents of the owner assumes any liability – legal or otherwise. DELIVERY: Delivery to central points in surround - ing state will be made FREE of charge. Any animals picked up within one week of the sale (March 26th 2026 – April 2nd 2026) receive a $100 DISCOUNT.
BIDDING: The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final. TERMS: Terms of sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made with Sale Management prior to sale. PURCHASER’S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the Buyer as soon as sold, but it shall be the obligation of the Seller to see that animals are fed and cared for free of charge to Buyer, until loaded for shipment or until the expiration of 48 hours after the sale, whichever occurs sooner. IDENTIFICATION: Seller offers each animalidentified with EID and freeze brand ID corresponding to its registration CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: A transferred certificate of registry will be furnished to the Buyer for each animal. HEALTH: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment, except as otherwise announced. Interstate health papers will be furnished for each animal in accordance with prevailing State/Federal Regulations.
