All cattle went through a comprehensive health manage- ment program, including vaccination for respiratory and bacterial diseases, parasite control, and PI testing (ei- ther prior to or upon arrival to Bull Test). All bulls have tested negative for BVD. Any bulls suffering from sick- ness or injury were treated accordingly. All cattle in the sale have passed fertility testing. Feel free to contact Dr. Derek Pridey, Hoxie Veterinary Service, with questions at 785.470.7538. Liability: Anyone attending this sale does so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety or for the behavior of the ani- mals. Colby Community College and the Sale Staff assume no liability for property loss or accidents that may occur. Terms and Conditions: Terms of sale are cash or good check. Any guarantee will be the responsibility of the consignor. In the event a bull is a non-breeder, the seller shall be notified prior to the disposing of the bull. All cattle must be paid in full before possession is taken and papers are transferred. Checks need to be made payable to Colby Community College with Bull Sale in the memo line. Sale Order: Lots will sell by breed, a sale order will be available on dvauction.com as well as on sale day. Please pre-register with DVAuction before the sale. Delivery & Care: We respectfully ask buyers to plan to take their purchases home after the sale. If you are unable to take your cattle home, CCC can make arrangements to deliver your pur- chases within a 100-mile radius of the CCC Beef Unit in Colby, KS within a week after sale day. Delivery will be at the convenience of the College within a 100-mile radius. Buyers can make arrangements with CCC to care for your purchases until March 27, 2026, at the buyers’ risk. Buy- ers may pick animals up any time before March 27, 2026. Cattle remaining at the CCC Beef Unit after March 28th will be charged $4.50/hd/d, at the expense of the buyer.
