Directions: From Yuma, CO, travel west on US 34 ap- proximately 18 miles to CR MM, then go left (south) 1 1 ⁄ 2 miles to CR 39, turn right (west) 1 mile, turn left (south) on CR LL, go 6 miles to CR 33, turn right (west) 1 ⁄ 2 mile to farm. Otis is located in northeast Colorado, approx- imately 100 miles northeast of Denver. Watch for pre- sale directional signs from US 34. AUCTION FORMAT This will be a live, onsite auction. Additionally, live in- ternet bidding will be available prior to, and live during the auction. TERMS & CONDITIONS All items must be settled for in full day of auction. LOAD OUT Auction personnel will be available to assist with load out on sale day through Wednesday, March 21st. All equip- ment must be removed by Friday, March 30th, unless other arrangements have been made. INSPECTION DATE Friday, March 16th • 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Or by appointment AUCTIONEER’S NOTE & SALE ORDER After a long and successful career Richard has decided to retire from farming. They will continue Lewton Ag. Services and Miller Nitro Sales and Service business. This equipment will represent the pride that Richard took in his operation. Most everything was shedded. There will be many more pictures and items added as we start cleaning out the buildings.
