T H E FA I RMON T CHR I S TMA S MA RKE T BRUNCH Get in the holiday mood with a sumptuous festive brunch at one of four restaurants serving seasonal-themed fare. All the family will be able to enjoy Christmas carols, live entertainment and a raffle with exciting prizes. Little ones will be well looked after too, with a child-friendly buffet and a special visit from Santa and his Elves, who will be bringing gifts and festive fun. Take your pick from a Café Sushi Station; BBQ Station on The Terrace; Marco Pierre White and Marco’s Signature Dish Station; and a Turkey and Trimmings Station; and indulge in traditional Christmas desserts as well as eggnog and Christmas-flavored drinks, plus a liquid fruits bar featuring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic fresh fruit cocktails.

Children aged 6-12 years at half price, 5 years under are free of charge. Enjoy a 25% discount on early bird bookings made before 15th December. Prices are inclusive of taxes and service charge. Santa and Elves will visit the brunch from 1.30pm. Please note that the brunch is only available for full-board guests.
