Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

FITNESS

This Mother's Day show Mom how much you care with a gift certificate for massage, a facial, or a chemical peel! Choose a 1-hour facial ($90), a chemical peel ($70), or ½ hour massage ($50), 1 hour ($84), or 1 ½ hours ($116). You may also combine a massage with a facial or chemical peel for a discounted rate. Please note that massage and facial or peel combinations must be redeemed together as one session. For more information, call the Fitness Center at x1111. Personal training gift certificates are also available.

Fitness Center Policy Reminders

Please be aware of the following rules and polices:

1. Guests must be registered at the Admin Office during normal business hours. It is a violation of club rules to bring unregistered guests into the Fitness Center. 2. Sixteen- and seventeen-year-olds may use the Fitness Center after attending an orientation accompanied by a parent. Please call or e-mail in advance to schedule. 3. Thirteen-, fourteen-, and fifteen-year-olds may use the Fitness Center after successfully completing a three- session certification program and when accompanied by a parent, subject to certain restrictions. 4. Silence your cell phone and move to the lobby or stairwell if you wish to conduct a conversation. 5. Do not drop the weights! 6. Please return equipment to the rack after use. Pilates ** (All Levels) Monday/Wednesday 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM **There will be no class on Memorial Day Enjoy an age-defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture! This is a more advanced class with higher intensity flow but modifications will be offered. Alignment meets power with arm balances, inversions, and core work using small weights. Restorative Yoga** Tuesday 10:45 AM Appropriate for students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and nourishing practice. No prior yoga experience is required. Toning + Abs * Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM A full-body workout with weights, body bars, med balls, and tubing, with an emphasis on core conditioning. Yoga Fusion ** Saturday 8:45 AM A quick workout combining yoga with strength training. Yoga Therapy ** Wednesday 9:45 AM Release tension while improving postural alignment. Props will be used as needed for modifications. *Standard Class Rates: $16/drop-in, or $8/class for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $22/drop-in, or $11/class for subscription. GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE All classes meet in the GX Studio and are offered on a subscription basis. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be cancelled. Fitness Fusion * Tuesday (for beginners) & Thursday 8:30 AM A combination of step aerobics, full-body toning, and core Designed specifically for golfers and tennis players, this class will incor- porate slow paced yoga poses emphasizing static positions and exten- sions of the shoulders and hips to help open up tight joints. Forever Fit* Monday 4:00 PM/Thursday 11:00 AM (45 minutes) **There will be no class on Memorial Day To help you stay active and healthy as you grow older, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and light strengthening.
