FM 518 and Park Avenue Pearland Elementary, Junior High and Senior High Schools were all once located on the same campus. The sign pictured would highlight school events year- round. The campus property has since been subdivided between the Horizon Montessori School and other properties, including Killen’s BBQ, where this sign and parking lot once stood. Of note, Killen’s BBQ consistently remains one of the top 50 barbecue joints in Texas.
