Critical thinkers consider:

1 Setting specific achievable and measurable objectives. 2 Defining the issue under inquiry. 3 Accessing , collecting, analyzing and evaluating relevant information. 4 Identifying the basic concepts and theories. 5 Defining assumptions. 6 Analyzing the perspective on which the thinking process is based. 7 Examining the implications and impact of the findings from different perspectives.
