Creativity is a learnable act of being able to effectively and efficiently do what you want to do with what you have. Creative individuals have the ability to generate new ways of thinking that allow them to use the knowledge and skills they have accumulated over the years to create new ideas that are valuable to the community. Creative individuals have the ability to analyze, synthesize, interpret and evaluate information needed for solving problems. They have the ability to find association between and among ideas and variables.
