COORDINATING WITH OTHERS

Build a tower (10 mins) Activity: In groups of 3–5, using whatever materials are available to you, build the tallest free- standing tower. One member should remain silent, another should monitor the time, and a

third may use only one hand during the activity. Once time is up, reflect on the below questions: 1. How did you decide roles?

2. Did your team collaborate well? 3. Who took the lead — and why?

4.1 DEFINITION

Coordination is the level of individuals’ ability to work together to achieve a common goal.
