Durban Site Updates Spring has officially sprung in South Africa, and what better way to celebrate than with a fun dress-up theme of florals and bright colours! Our team embraced the vibrant spirit of the season, donning their best floral attire and bringing a splash of colour to the workplace. However, this year's Spring Day came with a twist! Along with the blooming flowers and sunny vibes, our teams in Durban, South Africa experienced some unexpected heavy rainfalls and even snow in certain areas. Talk about a dramatic seasonal transition! As we kick off this fresh season, we also took the opportunity to ask our Durbanites what they Spring Day Celebration in South Africa!

Durban Site Updates We turned the heat all the way up to celebrate Heritage Month with our first- ever Intelling Braai Master Competition! If there’s one thing that unites South Africans, it's the love for a good braai! With teams coming in guns blazing, it was a feast of fantastical flavours that showcased our country’s rich heritage. Each team brought their A-game, blending their unique cooking styles to create a true culinary masterpiece. Our judges had the toughest job of the day, tasting their way through a lineup of mouth-watering braai dishes! Chris and Des, aka The Smoke Academy , schooled the competition, taking home the title in a close match. Hot on their heels were the Sizzle Queens – Amanda, Dana, and Nthabaleng – bringing some serious fire to the braai and proving their skills were no joke. Everyone went home with some slick personalized aprons, but it was the L&D Duo that walked away with the main prize (and major bragging rights). Behind Bars - Our Jail-Themed Incentive! Belfast Site Updates Belfast's jail-themed Incentive was a hit, bringing a wave of fun and excitement to the Correspondence Team! This engaging initiative was designed to tackle common “crimes” like lateness and quality slips, transforming them into playful challenges. Team members had their mugshots taken and displayed in the “jail,” with the longest sentences resulting in a playful forfeit, while the shortest sentences earned fantastic prizes. A huge shoutout to our winner, Kevin Doherty, for his stellar performance, and a playful forfeit for Cameron Hill! This unique incentive not only boosted productivity but also enhanced team morale, proving that a little creativity can go a long way in fostering a positive work environment. For weeks, Mohamed has been ordering food for his teammates —often for over 10 people at a time. What’s more, he refuses to take any payment! Whether it's making sure no one goes hungry, noticing when someone misses their bus and getting their taxi home, or just being there when people help, Mohamed is always looking out for others.
