This engaging initiative was designed to tackle common “crimes” like lateness and quality slips, transforming them into playful challenges. Team members had their mugshots taken and displayed in the “jail,” with the longest sentences resulting in a playful forfeit, while the shortest sentences earned fantastic prizes. A huge shoutout to our winner, Kevin Doherty, for his stellar performance, and a playful forfeit for Cameron Hill! This unique incentive not only boosted productivity but also enhanced team morale, proving that a little creativity can go a long way in fostering a positive work environment.
