Here, we embark on the popular Bean to Bar Experience, which kicks off in style with a delicious tasting. PACKAGED ITINERARY Day 1 Arrival & Hotel Chocolat Experience We arrive in London today to enjoy our 90-minute Hotel Chocolat Bean to Bar Experience . Our expert host teaches us the art of chocolate tasting while we learn about the fascinating cocoa harvesting process, sampling the likes of zingy cocoa pulp and fresh cocoa beans. We get a glimpse of the on-site chocolate making facilities and discover more about the biodiverse farming behind the delicious Hotel Chocolat brand, from its roots to its wrappers, before trying our hand at making our own chocs! As we transform into master chocolatiers for the day, we craft our creations from bean to bar, learning the art of tempering and tucking into prosecco and some of Hotel Chocolat’s best-selling chocolates along the way - delicious! We leave with our creations, new- found skills and an indulgent goody bag containing a variation of Signature chocolates. Located in Covent Garden, we also have time to stroll around this lovely part of the capital, browsing the shops, boutiques, bars, cafés and nearby attractions, and perhaps stocking up on Hotel Chocolat goodies with our 10% off vouchers! London’s Water, Air & Earth Explorer
All the key elements are included in this tour of London: we start on the water with an evening cruise, then follow it up with spectacular views from the air at The Shard before returning to earth and exploring London’s Transport Museum.
PACKAGED ITINERARY Day 1 Arrival & Evening Cruise
We arrive at our hotel with time to settle in and perhaps have a wander locally to get acquainted with our surroundings, before we head to Tower Pier for our 2 hour evening cruise on the Thames. We start in fine style with a glass of bubbly or soft drink as we set off on our sightseeing bonanza, during which we will see all the major sites of our capital city, including the London Eye, Westminster, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. A selection of canapés will be served throughout the evening and there will also be a live performer keeping us entertained with music. Dress code is smart casual. Day 2 The View from The Shard & London Transport Museum This morning we need a head for heights as we visit The View from The Shard . With access to the indoor viewing platforms on levels 68 and 69 as well as the open-air Skydeck on level 72, we aren’t short of spectacular views across the city and on clear days, way beyond in all directions! London’s tallest skyscraper offers unparalleled vistas and we spend time picking out all the iconic sights we know so well from the ground. Transported smoothly back down to earth, we have time for lunch before heading to the London Transport Museum . Here we can find out about the history of London’s transport system from the last 200 years, with exhibitions, artefacts and stories of the people who have travelled and work in the city. We have free time after our visit and with London at our disposal, perhaps a visit to Covent Garden would tick the box with its unique shopping or perhaps an early evening cocktail.
