Mrs. Iva Lauber, ’27, Good News Mission-to the Navajo Indians, Houck, Ariz., writes of victories the Lord has been giving in the work among the Indians and tells of sacrifices some of the young men and women have been making for His sake. Pleasant St., Prescott, Ariz., was called to the pastorate of the Baptist Church of Prescott, Ariz., in August, leaving 'similar pastoral work in the Baptist Church of Safford, Ariz. Kansas Fellowship Reunion The annual Biola reunion of former .students living in the vicinity of Whitewater and Newton, Kans., was held at Athletic Park at Newton, Kans., on July 29. A picnic lunch and a time of fellowship and visiting were followed by a short program. Leonard Harder, the president of the Kansas Alumni group, was in charge, being assisted by Mrs. Orlando Andres Esther Foth), the secretary. After the singing of a few choruses and hymns led by Jacob J. Regier, ’40, of Burrton, short missionary messages were given by Frank Manning, ’38, a member of the Africa Inland Mission, and by Sarah Buller, '34, working under the Sudan Interior Mission. Then Elsie and Esther Harder, Lois Wenger, and Elfriede Regier sang. At the short business meeting, Jacob J. Regier was elected president for the coming year, while Elsie Harder was elected secre­ tary. An offering was taken at the gathering to send to the Bible Insti- tutè of Los Angeles. The meeting was adjourned by singing “B.I.O.L.A.” and closing with prayer. .
