Dear Friends,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff, parents, and Club members, thank you for supporting our efforts to provide Monterey County youth with the resources they need to become responsible, healthy, productive, and successful citizens. We are excited to share this annual report, which contains milestones and improvements achieved in 2025. Club programs and services are stronger than ever, and efforts to expand to South County communities were well received. Teen participation increased significantly, and collaborative efforts with the educational community and local government increased the Club’s impact, with an emphasis on ensuring academic support, life skills training, and workforce readiness were aligned with community needs. These accomplishments were made possible through your generous support. We are humbled to have the community’s trust and confidence as we strive to address the challenges and opportunities in Monterey County. Together, our goal is to create a culture that embraces mutual respect, lifelong learning, curiosity, innovation, and good character. It is our duty to inspire, mentor, and prepare Monterey County youth for great futures!
