experience.” Krista plays a lead role in organizing Team Up opportunities for Nissan. She lines up the projects, and her teammates and their family members rally to give back to the town they love. “Nissan’s success in the Team Up Community Challenge is directly related to Krista's leadership,” says operations manager ALAN STANLEY . “She developed the ideas and then spearheaded the drive to motivate and encourage participation. The outcome of our community service in 2021 has excited our

team, and Krista is working on a plan for more challenges in 2022.” With last year’s success fueling excitement for 2022, Nissan plans to hit the ground running. They continue to find diverse ways to give back, providing everyone the chance to put their Team Up hours toward the charities that matter most to them individually. “The Nissan site identified multiple categories of community service that are important to our associates,” says STEVE ANDERSON of our regional supply chain leadership. “By having

these choices, they were able to participate in the service opportunities they believe to be most impactful. When these individual efforts are combined, it’s inspiring to see how a small amount of kindness can make a big difference in our community.” Nissan, thank you for demonstrating The Power of One and Averitt’s unique culture of giving back in the 2021 Team Up Community Challenge. Your achievements are a shining example to us all, and we’re looking forward to what you’ll accomplish the months ahead! T m
