HW2022LF Alsace Chevron flooring transformed an Edwardian London home into a light, serene family space, blending period architecture with modern Scandinavian design by TAK Studio. In this thoughtful renovation of an Edwardian London home, TAK Studio balanced period features with fresh Scandinavian influences, creating a calm, stylish family environment. The brief was to create a calm oasis for a young family – serene yet robust, refined yet resilient enough to withstand life with a toddler. The Studio approached the design as a collaboration, shaping spaces around how the clients live and entertain. HW2022LF Alsace Chevron was laid through the main living, kitchen, and dining areas to introduce subtle movement and reflect light, enhancing brightness throughout. Part of the Platinum colour group, Alsace was chosen for its pale, light-reflective tones that aligned perfectly with the Scandinavian design aesthetic.
