H Collection
The Split Level House
This full renovation by Lydia Berridge, founder of Deia Interiors, reconfigured a two-bedroom property into a four-bedroom home without any extensions. By specifying H Collection Lambton HW12102 throughout the key living spaces, she established warmth, cohesion, and architectural clarity within the distinctive split-level layout, transforming a once stark interior into a calm, inviting home. As a newer build, the house doesn’t have many classical architectural features, but its layered layout, with rooms at staggered levels, creates a series of staircases and unique sightlines. Lydia used this quirk to open up the plan and introduce Havwoods flooring in key areas, bringing warmth and visual continuity throughout the home. Previously dominated by high-gloss tiles and white carpets, the interior now flows seamlessly from entrance to open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. Lambton HW12102 keeps the palette light yet warm, complementing the dark- stained timber kitchen, bespoke crafted in Germany, and the waterfall quartz worktops that meet the floor for a sharp architectural finish. The timber itself becomes a unifying element, connecting every level with understated elegance.
