- Failure to clean the trailer - Failure to remove cleaning fluid residue - Defects in the container
- Cleaning schedule prior to carriage - Load surveys/documents - Evidence of other cargo from same origin shipped at the same time - Delivery note (with remarks) - Evidence detailing lab testing results (if any) - Invitation to joint survey - Disposal certificate and invoice - Salvage invoice (if applicable) - Survey invoice
- Details of previous cargoes (last 3) carried - Details of cleaning method - Details of contamination and the effect on the cargo
