Seat & Cabin Designs: The cabin and seat designs of the B787-9, which first joined the fleet in 2019, and of A350-900 aircraft, which first joined the fleet in 2020, were shaped in line with passenger requests and current trends, breathing new life into the brand. Direct aisle access and increased privacy were provided for all passengers in Business Class. Meanwhile, a 13-inch entertainment screen and specially designed lighting scenarios in accordance with the flight mode were implemented in Economy Class. Lounge Services: Turkish Airlines is constantly working to offer new experiences in the private passenger lounges, an important contact point at airports. In 2019, with the transition to Istanbul Airport, two separate lounges were designed for Business Class and frequent flyers to elevate passenger comfort. Exclusive Drive: Launched in 2017, Exclusive Drive, a luxury transfer service, was introduced in 2022 on flights to 15 of 20 destinations in the US and Canada.
