Turkish Cargo conducts its operations at SmartIST, Europe’s largest and the world’s third largest facility with a capacity of 2.2 million tons.

Having conducted its operations at its facility with a handling capacity of 300,000 tons of cargo/year until 2015, Turkish Cargo took its operations to a higher level in 2015 with its new warehouse at Atatürk Airport and its warehouse management software (COMIS-Cargo Operations Management and Information System). As a result, Turkish Cargo boosted its cargo volume to 1.2 million tons of cargo/year, the facility capacity, in a short time. As of February 2022, Turkish Cargo moved to SmartIST, its new facility equipped with state-of-the-art autonomous systems, and expanded its operational capacity to 2.2 million tons per year.
