With more than 25 years of experience, Turkish Flight Training Center provides training to all cockpit, cabin, dispatcher, and loadmaster trainees. Training is conducted in accordance with international standards and efforts are ongoing to improve the qualifications of flight employees. n addition to the training of Turkish Airlines’ staff, the Center also provides training services for domestic and foreign customers with national and international authorizations. The Flight Training Center aims to be one of the most comprehensive training centers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Activities carried out with institutions and organizations contribute significantly to the development of knowledge on civil aviation both nationally and internationally. Operating in line with the company’s vision of achieving the highest performance standards in aviation safety and security, Turkish Flight Training Center is internationally competent, audited, and authorized by Turkish Civil Aviation and many foreign civil aviation authorities. Training is provided on two campuses with 25 simulators (28 simulator competencies), 79 classrooms, and a conference hall in an indoor area of 41 thousand m². Turkish Flight Training Center has a capacity of providing training to 1,913 trainees at the same time with a total of 814 instructors, each one a specialist in their own field. Turkish Flight Training Center instructor staff includes 642 flight crew instructors and 172 cabin crew instructors, in addition to 417 employees.
