TGS Turkish Ground Services Inc.
Turkish Do&Co was established in 2006 as a 50-50 partnership between Turkish Airlines and Do&Co AG based in Austria. The company delivers catering services to more than 50 domestic and international air carriers, particularly Turkish Airlines. As of the end of 2023, Turkish Do&Co operates in 31 airports across Türkiye with nine production units, 5,448 employees, and a 95% market share in Türkiye.
Turkish Ground Services (TGS) was established on August 26, 2008 to operate in the ground handling field, wholly owned by Turkish Airlines. With the partnership agreement signed in accordance with the Board resolution dated March 12, 2009, 50% of the shares were transferred to Havaş Airport Ground Services Inc. Having started operations on January 1, 2010, TGS delivers ground handling services to more than 200 airlines, primarily Turkish Airlines and SunExpress, at a total of ten domestic stations including Istanbul Airport, Istanbul Atatürk Airport, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Ankara Esenboğa Airport, Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, Antalya Airport, Adana Airport, Milas-Bodrum Airport, Dalaman Airport, and Eskişehir Hasan Polatkan Airport. In 2023, the number of flights served increased by more than 25% compared to the previous year, and TGS provided services to 783,000 flights with an average of 17,000 employees, at world-class standards.
