TFS Turkish Fuel Services Inc.
We World Express is a Hong Kong- based joint venture company, in which Turkish Airlines International Investment and Transport Inc. holds a 45% stake, Hong Kong-based ZTO Express (Hong Kong) Limited holds a 45% stake, and Hong Kong-based PAL Air Limited holds a 10% stake. The company was established in January 2019 as a 100% affiliate of Turkish Airlines to become a global cargo/ courier company providing door-to- door logistics services with a focus on the global e-commerce market. We World Express commenced operations in April 2019.
Turkish Fuel Services, formerly known as İGA Airport Akaryakıt Hizmetleri A.Ş., was established on October 13, 2016. On February 11, 2019, Taya Liman İşletmesi A.Ş. took control of the entire capital shares of the company. Subsequently, during the General Assembly Meeting held on February 21, 2020, Turkish Fuel Services’ capital was increased and the capital shares were equally distributed among Taya Liman İşletmesi A.Ş., Zirve Holding A.Ş., Demirören Akaryakıt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and Turkish Airlines. TFS operates at Istanbul Airport in the transportation, storage, and supply of the fuel needed by aircraft. With 2.9 million tons of jet fuel sales in 2022, TFS ranks among the leading companies in the sector.
