Turkish Airlines hosted children from the earthquake zone in Istanbul on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr and National Sovereignty and Children’s Day on April 23. During the visit, the current and future executives of the national flag carrier made the shape of the Turkish Airlines brand logo.

Turkish Airlines prevented the release of a total of 2,357,764 tons of CO 2 emissions to the atmosphere between 2008 and 2023.

CO 2 mission Program In line with the growing

sensitivity to sustainability issues, Turkish Airlines introduced the voluntary carbon offset platform CO 2 mission in August 2022. This platform was designed to meet passenger expectations and emphasize the importance of taking action together in the fight against climate change. With this platform, passengers are offered the opportunity to offset the emissions from their flights through projects in the “Renewable Energy,” “Social Benefit,” and “Green World” portfolio, which have internationally recognized certifications in various regions of the world.
