We have sold 8 bulls through Feddes/C-T bull sale, going to some of our top producers. We have kept 4 daughters in our herd, with 1 earning her way into the donor pen, just like her dam and several generations before her. She’s a massive, easy fleshing cow with a great udder. She is definitely “donor quality”. We have flushed her and have embryos in our tank, otherwise we would have a hard time letting her go.

Eastwood progeny are getting a lot of attention across the country, one of our Bet on Red heifer calves is an Eastwood. One little tidbit that is not well known is, he was producing high quality semen before he was a year old. That’s a trait that the breed and industry can use more of.

Lot 60 Here’s a massive 10-year-old cow with a 101 MPPA on 9 head. Her sire, Montana X44 should have been used more, he left powerful and productive daughters that stayed in the herd. She has sold 2 bulls through our Feddes/C-T bull sale, a daughter through Big Sky Elite, and has 4 daughters in our herd, and a really top-end Hollywood heifer calf at her side. She’s an ideal beef cow with a great udder and feet, big rib, and easy fleshing. Note her calving ease is very adequate and top 22% for WW, YW, ADG, CW, and CEM. She is bred to PIE Cadillac 3289 who we own with Select Sires.
