Saint-Gobain Weber, a construction solutions expert, was tasked with assessing and addressing the external

silicone topcoat, this system provides improved acoustics though noise absorption, reduces condensation and increases the thermal value of the wall.

Curtis Johnston, Application Manager for Saint-Gobain Weber, said, “This system’s thermal properties provide improved energy efficiency—a significant benefit aligned with the building’s sustainability objectives.” Stringent quality assurance measures included pull-out tests to determine optimal fixings and wind loading calculations for added stability. Delighted with the outcome, Curtis said, “The gable wall, once dilapidated, now stands as a testament to enhanced safety, resilience and aesthetic appeal.” Steven Hawe, Area Sales Manager for Saint-Gobain Weber, said, “This was a great project to showcase our products.
