The Mountz Loading Bench provides engineers and metrology professionals with a precision, laboratory-grade solution for effortless and accurate torque wrench calibration and presetting. What’s Included: Loading Bench and Hardware for mounting sensors Accessories sold separately: M ountz torque analyzer, BMX torque sensor and cable for BMX torque sensor.
Calibrating & Testing Torque Wrenches 1. Place the wrench’s drive into the BMX’s female square drive. 2. S ecure the handle of the tool between the clamps on the reaction bar. 3. Turn the hand wheel in clockwise to apply load until the desired torque is read on the analyzer. 4. Once the desired torque is reached, back off the load by turning the wheel in the opposite direction. Torque Sensor Set-up 1. Attached the BMX torque sensor to the base plate. 2. Attach the sensor cable (sold separately) for connecting the BMX with a Mountz torque analyzer with an external sensor connection. 3. Once the BMX is connected with the torque analyzer, follow the instructions in the torque analyzer manual for accessing external transducers. Mounting the LB1000F 1. The LB1000F can be operated on a stable, level workbench. For additional security, the loading bench can be attached to the work table. To attach to a workbench, use 3/8”-16 fasteners from the underside of the workbench and thread into the thread inserts in the footpads..
