M-100 – The Essentials of Community Association Management Length : 2.5 days; Runs Thursday – Saturday Exam: completed online

Description : A comprehensive community association management course that provides a practical overview for new comers, a review for veterans, and an advanced course for board members. Scheduling requirements : Please note that the M-100 course is also offered online. If you do not think your chapter can hold an M-100 course, please remember that you can promote the online version to your members. M-100 – The Essentials of Community Association Management – Colorado Edition Length : 3.5 days; Runs Wednesday – Saturday Exam: completed online Description : A comprehensive community association management course that provides a practical overview for new comers, a review for veterans, and an advanced course for board members. Scheduling requirements : Please note that the M-100 course is also offered online. If you do not think your chapter can hold an M-100 course, please remember that you can promote the online version to your members. Scheduling Note for 200-Level Courses: CAI attempts to offer each of the 200 level courses at least once per year within each region. Students in pursuit of their PCAM designation must complete all 200-level courses before applying for the PCAM Case Study. When requesting 200-level courses, the chapter should reference the PMDP Course Schedule by Region to determine which course to request based on where and when it was last offered within their PMDP region. CAI typically will not schedule the same 200-level course in the same chapter for two consecutive years. M-201: Facilities Management Length : 1.5-day blended learning course –Friday - Day 1: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (in the classroom) Half-day: Online content including a multiple-choice examination. The exam and online material must be completed within 30 days of the live course. Results will be available immediately after completing the exam. The half-day program including exam can be taken from home, office or anywhere with an internet connection. Description : This course provides a hands-on approach to help students analyze, evaluate, communicate, and plan for an association’s property maintenance needs. M-202: Association Communications Length : 1.5-day blended learning course –Friday - Day 1: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (in the classroom) Half-day: Online content including a 40-question, multiple-choice examination. The exam and online material must be completed within 30 days of the live course. Results will be available immediately after completing the exam. The half-day program including exam can be taken from home, office or anywhere with an internet connection. Description : This course offers managers guidance on top-notch communication techniques and skills necessary for developing written materials, effective daily interactions and dealings with residents, and board members. M-203: Community Leadership Length : 1.5-day blended learning course –Friday - Day 1: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (in the classroom) Half-day: Online content including a multiple-choice examination. The exam and online material must be completed within 30 days of the live course. Results will be available immediately after completing
