The historic Nance Farm was established in the early 1850’s by Otway Bird Nance. The current 2 acre home site is all that remains of the 640 acre farm. The current site consists of the main house, windmill, windmill well, bucket well, curing shed, milking barn, and tank house. The home site is completely surrounded by residential development .
