Veloweb Trail

• Concrete Trail Inventory:
The Veloweb Trail is locatedwithin an overhead utility easement in the southern portion of DeSoto. This trail is a major component of the North Central Texas Council of Governments master trail plan for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Sections of the 8’-wide, concrete trail have been constructed; however, because of the spotty development, there is not a continuous trail of any length and, therefore it sees very little use. Future trail plans will connect this trail to the Roy Orr Trail, providing a loop trail network within the city.
