Lights at Townsend And Meadow Creek Park $$
Design and install lighting upgrades for practice fields at both park.
Multi-Generational Facility Feasibility Study/Master Plan $$$
Need for Recreation Center, Senior Center Site Master Plan, and Aquatic Center provides unique opportunity to combine multiple needs into one large combination facility to meet the demands. At this phase, site Master Plan and parking study would be necessary. Public input voiced interest and need for a Skate Park/facility. First the best location should be determined. Opportunities at Grimes and Medowbrook should be explored. Consider Tri-City facility to help with development and maintenance costs Park will need.
