Students learn the basics of karate in a fun and safe environment. This no-contact introduction teaches students the basics of traditional Okinawan karate through both lecture and practice. Completion of the beginner class is required to progress to the next level of study. Parent participation is not required, but due to the age of participants, parents/ guardians of children ages 6-9 must remain outside the classroom for restroom breaks or behavioral interventions. Designed specifically to teach proper techniques and fundamentals of football to all athletes, this non-contact program

Students continue their study of karate beyond the basic exercises. This includes study of kata, higher-level explanations of the basics, and basic personal safety and self-defense. Completion of the beginner class is required for admission to this class. Parent participation is not required, but parents/guardians of children ages 9 and younger must remain outside the classroom for restroom breaks or behavioral interventions. emphasizes running, receiving, throwing, kicking, blocking and the proper tackling technique. With a focus on sports performance training, athletes will increase their agility, hand & eye coordination, lateral movement and much more. Each athlete will receive a football evaluation form at the end of the program.

Karate/Advanced David Agler

Students continue their study of karate up to and beyond the black belt rank. This includes study of advanced kata, higher-level explanations of the basics, and the study of traditional karate tools. Students must be at least 16 years old to earn the black belt rank. Completion of the beginner class is required for admission to this class. Parent participation is not required, but parents/guardians of participants age 9 and younger must remain outside the classroom for restroom breaks or behavioral interventions.
