Thursday, Dec. 2 | 4:30 – 7 p.m. The twinkle of candles, the aroma of holiday fragrances and the sounds of the season will put you in the holiday spirit. Tour this 1860s-era home decorated with a festive Victorian-period theme by The Muirfield Village Garden Club. Visit the replica one-room schoolhouse. Then, capture a memory with a photo by the Christmas sleigh or by the large picturesque wreath at the Homestead’s barn. For updated details about the event visit dublinohiohistory.org. Presented by the Dublin Historical Society , a nonprofit organization whose mission includes preservation of historic sites and a study of local history; and the Muirfield Village Garden Club . For their inspired decorations at the 2017 event, the National Garden Clubs, Inc. awarded the Garden Club first place in the nation in the “Decoration of a Historic Building” category.
