10.1 Approved Uniforms A substantial part of our professional image comes from the uniforms worn by everyone in MOLLY MAID. This adds value to the service your customer is buying and differentiates you from the competition. Therefore, all MOLLY MAID owners, office, field support staff, and HSPs must be fully and properly dressed in the approved MOLLY MAID uniform while performing their duties. Approved navy blue walking shorts or navy blue khaki style pants or scrub with the MOLLY MAID approved short-sleeved navy and white striped, pink, raspberry, or navy blue shirt with the MOLLY MAID logo and a white or navy apron. Clean white rubber-soled shoes -- tennis shoes, nurse shoes, etc. If boots are worn due to weather conditions, they must be taken off in the customer’s home and replaced with white rubber soled shoes. Socks -- white or navy only. All HSPs are issued a uniform on the first day on the job. The second uniform is issued a few weeks after they have completed their training period. The complete uniform is to be worn at all times, and it is the responsibility of each HSP to see that the uniform is kept clean and neat at all times. 10.1.1 Office Staff Uniform All office staff must wear either the MOLLY MAID Home Service Professional attire or MOLLY MAID professional attire similar to that of the business owner. 10.2 Purchase of Uniforms The HSP uniforms are manufactured exclusively for MOLLY MAID. The uniforms must be purchased from our recommended vendor, which can be found on the team site vendor list. Most states stipulate that when an employer requires the use of a uniform, the uniform must be provided to the employee at no charge and/or that the company maintain (wash) the uniform, if it is not wash-and-wear material. We suggest that you confer with your local labor experts to become familiar and comply with the labor laws of your state, specifically related to the uniforms. 10.3 Personal Appearance Put a full-length mirror in the office to encourage a clean and professional appearance. It is essential that your employees convey a professional image as they represent the MOLLY MAID brand.
